Credentials

I am a graduate of the Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Edmonton, Alberta, where I completed 2,200 hours of rigorous, hands-on professional training. Vicars is known for its depth of instruction, strong clinical expectations, and commitment to preparing therapists who are competent, ethical, and client-focused.

I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Alberta and a Master’s in Community Health (specific to disability and community) from the University of Calgary. These experiences continue to shape how I understand wellness, behaviour, and the importance of care that meets people within the context of their lives.
